Siblings Danny and Rachel Kittner originally from Seattle talk about their tandem addictions. Both began with alcohol experimentation as teenagers that progressed onto marijuana and harder drugs after that. Each found their rock bottom and respective paths to recovery. They now run The Mind Tribe together, an online and face-to-face support group for people tapering off psychiatric medication. They hare their stories with host Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald, thanks to NZ on Air.
