Bex Lipp shares her story of being an under-resourced child, and then young person, with mental health challenges, to publishing a book to help young people respond to emotions in a healthy way . Lipp had a difficult time through her teen years, self harming and attempting suicide, before she eventually got help at the age of 23, and is now a successful publisher. Lipp realised she was in a unique situation to do something to help other young people who were struggling, so decided to have book written to do just that. The book is called 'Aroha's Way - A Children's Guide Through Emotions' and is written by Craig Phillips. With host Hamish Coleman-Ross and clinical psychologist Ingo Lambrecht, thanks to NZ On Air.
