CEO of Kidz Need Dadz, Brendan Smith became a stay at home dad of two young children when his wife wanted to return to work. He talks about how he made the adjustment and how these new and unfamiliar circumstances gave him the motivation to learn about what it takes to be a good father. Since then, he has continued to see the significance of teaching and guiding children towards being well-adjusted adults through their father relationship, founding this charity and helping other men to parent well and learn how to look after themselves in the process.
