Born and breed in Geraldine, self-described jack of all trades and master of none, Robbie 'Gooserooter’ Shefford has spent his life working as a farmer, truck and tractor driver. After experiencing mental health issues, through his existing online presence, he began sharing videos of his troubles publicly.
He talks about mental health in the rural sector and the pressures that create challenges for farmers and rural workers with Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald.
