After turning to alcohol in his mid-thirties, Bryne Gregory lost everything, including his family and home. He came to the Auckland City Mission, which offered him support through his recovery. At the end of 2021, wanting to give back to the charity that gave him hope in his darkest hours, Gregory began a campaign with The Nutters Club producer Boris Sokratov, to raise money for the Mission by walking everyday on his Zimmer frame, inspiring over $1 million in donations.
Gregory, our first guest since September 2021 joins Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald with friend and fellow City Mission supporter Injara Heller-Rojas to share his story.
