Rob Edwards realised he had Tourettes Syndrome at a young age, experiencing involuntary physical tics. At a time when there was not much knowledge or support, Rob began searching for ways to control the ticks, eventually developing his own mental blueprint for dissociating tics from his own personality and identity. The process took time but was wildly successful. Rob talks to with Hamish Williams and counsellor Mick Andrews on how he's been able to apply this approach to other areas of his life and how he's currently doing this with his battle with cancer.
