Born into the Exclusive Brethren, author and journalist Craig Hoyle came out as gay as a teenager to the church. Convinced his sexuality was wrong, he underwent conversion therapy which included him being prescribed medication to suppress hormones.
He talks with Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald about his escape from the church and the idea something was wrong with him for who he was.
