A 6000km Journey for Men’s Mental Health

After losing both his brother and a close friend to suicide, endurance runner Stefan Ozich embarked on a 6000km journey, running the length of Aotearoa and back, to raise funds and awareness for me men’s mental health. Determined to challenge the stigma around men’s mental health and encourage open conversations, Stefan shares his personal story of grief and endurance with Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald.
