After a series of challenging life events, Nick Scott experienced his anxiety levels increasing exponentially. He began therapy sessions to help him through this tough time. Thinking about ways to communicate better with those in his life he started to write blogs about his own mental health for his online NZ Blokes platform, which became some of his most popular content as it opened up door for others to talk about similar experiences.
