Confessions of a Clinical Psychologist

Confessions of a Clinical Psychologist

Dr Louise Cowpertwait studied psychology with the intention to help people, quickly becoming disillusioned to find herself working in a system that wasn't delivering on its promise to do just that.

Feeling complicit in the broken nature of the system she shifted career focus and began specialising in supporting employers to talk more openly about mental health in our workplaces.

She shares with Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald

With thanks to NZ on Air.
