Finding out that the man who raised her wasn't her father, sowed a seed of deep unbelonging in Sooz Fougère. As life became busy with work and family, Sooz' focus was elsewhere. Sooz talks to counsellor Mick Andrews and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald about learning to sit with loneliness and how she started to like herself and be good company to herself.
