Jono Snell had a great upbringing, and life generally went well for him, but when he hit his 40's, he couldn't avoid the nagging feeling that something wasn't right in his world. He started searching for answers, trying meditation and breath work amongst other tools he discovered in his quest. He talks with Hamish Williams and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald about how attending men's circles gave him what he was looking for, finding connection and community through sharing vulnerably with other men.
