Seeing a lack of personal development and mental health support for mothers, Hardy-Jones set out to create The Kite Program, the worlds first app designed to support parents with their personal development. Hardy-Jones shares her story with host Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald, thanks to NZ on Air.
