As Harry Averill entered high school he began pushing himself to excel as an athlete. He began training harder, losing weight and getting faster; in his mind he began associating losing weight with achieving success. Harry was unaware that his obsession with weight loss was becoming dangerous.
He talks about his story of anorexia, hospitalisation, recovery and his book Hungry to be happy - How I lost and found my mind raising awareness about how mental illness and eating disorders can affect men.
With Psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald and clinical psychologist Ingo Lambrecht.
