Panic on the High Seas

Seafarer and chief marine engineer Brendan Wade,  experienced a massive anxiety attack at 24 off the coast of Western Australia. This wake up call necessitated dealing with underlying mental health issues and led Wade to seeing psychologist, becoming honest with himself about life and helped to do deep inner work that shifted his predisposition to anxiety attacks.
