Psychological Distress of First Responders

Psychological Distress of First Responders

As a St John Ambulance Paramedic, Graham Roper, saw massive amounts of trauma first hand which began to affect his own mental health and led him to some very dark places. He now uses these challenges and lived experience of trauma in his organisation "Psychological First Aid" to help others in psychological distress. He shares with Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald.
