The Ministry of Health recently put out a survey inquiring into people’s mental health during cover-19 lockdown. Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald question the rosey seemed to paint and ask callers to share the reality of how they’ve been coping.
Callers share what has been helping them get through these uncertain times with tools like gratitude journals, seeing counsellors and mental health workers, faith, and confronting anxiety.
