Diagnosed with ADHD at age six and medicated until fifteen, Hunter Wilson aka King Cass became familiar with being labelled as a problem child and treated like an outsider.
Managing his own challenges paired with his mother's serious mental health issues, Wilson turned to harmful coping strategies including drug addiction which led to a four month meth-induced psychosis.
